Additionally, the product contains FRESH MOZZARELLA CHEESE. While milk is generally Kosher, cheese requires a specific Kosher certification because the enzymes used to curdle the milk must come a Kosher source. The ingredient list mentions 'Vegetable Enzymes,' which is often a euphemism for microbial rennet, but without a reliable certification (like a 'U' or 'Kof-K' symbol), the cheese cannot be considered Kosher.

Nutritional Value

From a nutritional standpoint, these Artisan wraps are a calorie-dense food high in saturated fats and sodium. The combination of processed meats and full-fat cheese creates a meal that is heavy on protein but also high in cholesterol.

If you are monitoring your sodium intake, this product is likely not a good fit. Cured meats like prosciutto and pepperoni are preserved with salt and sodium nitrites, contributing to a significant sodium load per serving. While it provides a quick source of energy, it lacks the fiber and micronutrients found in whole-food alternatives.
