As a food scientist, I always look at the label beyond the marketing claims. Blood Flow-7 is marketed as a nitric oxide booster, and the active ingredients are largely derived from plants. However, the delivery mechanism matters. Let's look at the specific components.

The formula relies heavily on Nitrosigine®, a stabilized form of arginine and silicon, which is synthetic but vegan. It is paired with the S7® Blend, a mix of seven plant extracts including green coffee bean, turmeric, and kale. These are excellent for antioxidant support. Additionally, trans-Resveratrol is a standard vegan compound found in grapes and berries.

The issue arises with the inactive ingredients used to form the capsule. The label lists Gelatin as a primary component. Gelatin is derived from animal skin, bones, and connective tissues—usually from pigs or cows. Because of this, the product cannot be classified as vegan. It also contains Microcrystalline Cellulose and Magnesium Stearate, which are plant-derived or synthetic fillers that are generally considered safe and vegan, but the presence of gelatin overrides this.

Nutritional Value

Since this is a supplement, we look at it differently than a food item. Blood Flow-7 is designed to be low in calories, sugar, and fat, which aligns with its goal of being a performance enhancer rather than a meal replacement. It contains zero grams of sugar and negligible fat, making it compatible with keto or low-carb diets.

However, the nutritional value is concentrated in the active blends. It contains a significant amount of caffeine (approx. 100mg per serving) from the Green Coffee Bean and Green Tea extracts. While this isn't 'unhealthy,' it is something to monitor if you are sensitive to stimulants. The product fits well within the limits of a standard diet, provided you aren't looking for a vegan option.
